This is a new and innovative  approach using a public/private  partnership focused on participants voluntarily implementing compliance management programs that exceeds Environmental Permit requirements.  The program provides database tracking tools and compliance guidance to assist participants through the sometimes ‘turbulent’ compliance and management process.  This proactive approach out weighs any up front added costs, especially when costly enforcement compliance orders and circumstances are taken into consideration.

The concept of our Self-Monitoring Stormwater Program is to provide guidance and standardized applications to entities regulated under the NPDES permit.  Fundamental to its success is the implementation of our database program containing the appropriate elements of an Environmental Management System (EMS), with a focus on permit compliance.

Our  compliance assurance programs are targeted with a specific focus on implementing those systems that result in improved compliance with state, federal and municipal.  Our program incorporates five principles that parallel the five ISO 14001 phases and twelve standardized systems and tools that can be related to the seventeen ISO 14001 elements.  Please Contact Us to request a full summary of our Programs systems and tools.

A strong emphasis on corporate commitment and enthusiasm is essential for the success of our compliance assistance program. Participants are supported by regulatory agencies.  Participants voluntarily commit to continuous improvement in environmental performance. As a part of our Excellence Program we also offer Preparation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPP) and Spill Prevention Control and Counter measures (SPCC) Plan Preparation.

Environmental Third Party Inspections:

Participants voluntarily commit to continuous improvement in environmental performance.  Although many companies have internal resources and systems in place to self-audit, outside third party audits are extremely important and an essential element to creating non-biased data reporting and to the program's credibility.
